Your Journey to InclusIVE MERITOCRACY
Your Meritocracy Checkup
Improve productivity, engagement,
and business outcomes
Why meritocracy matters
People are most likely to be productive, engaged, and motivated to do their best work when their contributions are recognized and rewarded consistently. This is what should happen in a meritocracy.
Misalignment between contributions and rewards results in hidden performance losses because of disengagement, unfulfilled potential, and attrition. We estimate that typical organizations may be losing up to 20-30% of net profits without realizing it.
Without clear signals, leaders are unable to identify the source of these problems and to make sound decisions on how to improve hiring, promotion, and compensation—the keys to a successful organization.
From tacit knowledge to actionable insights
The Meritocracy Checkup is a simple, structured way to learn how to leverage meritocracy for employee engagement and organizational success.
It works by turning your managers’ tacit knowledge into quantitative and qualitative data, pinpointing specific issues that hinder employee satisfaction, and estimating their impact on the financial performance of your organization.
The result is greater clarity on the talent management initiatives that will yield the greatest returns.
When contributions and rewards align, your employees are more satisfied and engaged, which leads to higher productivity and stronger retention. This, in turn, translates into lower risk, better business outcomes, and superior financial results.
