When executives are presented with their customized Calculator and learn about the value of Measuring Inclusion, they become enthusiastic supporters.

Beta Program: Help Us to Help You

We’re inviting ten DEI leaders to contribute their expertise in refining our Inclusion Impact Calculator. Your valuable input will help us further enhance its clarity, appeal, and credibility, ensuring it continues to wow executives. Participants in our Beta Program will have the opportunity to influence the final design of this pivotal tool, and will gain complimentary early access to their own customized version.

Additional Beta Program Information

  • Selection will be based on the following eligibility criteria:
    ▪︎ Participants must be Chief Diversity Officers or other senior DEI leadership roles.
    ▪︎ Must be in an organization with at least 1,000 employees.
    ▪︎ Must have attended at least one Measuring Inclusion workshop or watched a recording.
    ▪︎ Must have access to company data we can use to customize the Calculator:
    - Required: Identity data (e.g., employee demographics / diversity / representation data)
    - Optional:
    - Retention rates (ideally broken down by identity groups)
    - Satisfaction / engagement / climate / inclusion data (ideally by identity)
    - Hiring / replacement hire costs
    - Overall company revenues or other high-level financial data
    ▪︎ Participation is free, but participants should have the ability to secure budget if they opt to do a Leadership Inclusion Workshop (see details below).
    ▪︎ Should be able to engage executives for optional participation in a Leadership Inclusion Workshop.

  • For selected participants, Aleria’s team will commit to the following tasks and deliverables:
    ▪︎ A 1-hour (virtual) kickoff meeting at project start
    ▪︎ Analysis, clean-up, and integration of data provided by participants into the Calculator
    ▪︎ 1-hour (virtual) delivery meeting, where we show the customized Calculator, explain assumptions and explore scenarios
    ▪︎ Access to a private webpage with:
    - Brief overview of the Calculator
    - The interactive Calculator customized based on their data
    - Description of the assumptions used in the Calculator

    No further obligation or commitment is required of participants.

    At the conclusion of the delivery meeting, participants will have the option to receive a discounted price on both a Discover Inclusion workshop for the Leadership team and a State of Inclusion Assessment if initiated within 90 days from the workshop.


  • Selected participants are expected to commit to the following activities:
    ▪︎ Availability to participate in the kickoff meeting with the Beta group.
    ▪︎ Gather available data and share it with Aleria’s team within 2-3 weeks after the kickoff meeting.
    ▪︎ Availability to answer questions about the data.
    ▪︎ Availability to participate in the final meeting with the Beta group.
    ▪︎ Complete a survey after the delivery meeting to provide detailed feedback about the Calculator and your overall experience with this part of the Discover Inclusion program.

    Optionally, if participants choose to work with us beyond the Beta Program:

    ▪︎ Ability to coordinate and schedule the Leadership Inclusion Workshop within 30 days after the delivery meeting
    ▪︎ Ability to secure the budget and sign an agreement to conduct the Leadership Inclusion Workshop

  • The Discover Inclusion program consists of two parts:
    1. We customize the Inclusion Impact Calculator using your organization’s data to estimate how much money the organization is leaving on the table—thus showing your executives how much they could save by assessing and then improving their State of Inclusion.
    2. We conduct a Leadership Inclusion Workshop for the executives, during which:
    a. they learn about the Measuring Inclusion approach
    b. they see their customized calculator to understand the potential financial gains
    c. they learn how they can assess the State of Inclusion of their organization to pinpoint where they are losing money, and to identify specific solutions.

    The regular price for the Discover Inclusion program is $20,000.

    The selected Beta Program participants get part 1. free of charge and have the option to do part 2. at a significant discount.
